Ningbo Jiangbei Gofront Herong Electric Co., Ltd. (the former Ningbo Locomotive Capacitor Development Center) was founded by CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works (Gofront), CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute (Times) and Ningbo Jiangbei Finance Development Corporation in April 1991.

Our company is located in Ningbo, a seashore city of the east coast in China, covering an area of 20,000 square meters and employs 120 staffs. We have been specializing in the field of capacitor developing and manufacturing for more than ten years. We possess modernized equipment imported from Italy and Korea, and an advanced laboratory for high voltage test, vibration test, high and low temperature test and lifetime test to all types of capacitors and electric power equipment.
