Preliminary procedures
1. Buyer sends LOI or ICPO with SOFT PROBE FUNDS and NCNDA signed by the Buyer and all the Buyer s contacts:
2. Seller provide current markert price list valid for 7 days-buyer chose product & price & send final accepted product+price to the seller.
3. Seller can provide samples on buyer request expences bear by buyers.
4. Seller s issues FCO Full Corporate Offer after the accepted product price samples from buyer s
5. Buyer returns FCO signed and seal on each page + BCL RWA or MT 799
6. Seller sends DRAFT CONTRACT;
7. Buyer return DRAFT CONTRACT signed and seal on each page
8. Seller issue the Final Contract and Buyer revert it with seal and sign.
9. Seller send HARD CONTRACT;
10.Buyer Open Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible, Unconditional, Un restricted Fully Funded Auto revolving for monthly quantity issued Or confirmed by Top 25 Prime World Banks payable 100% at loading Port against valid shipping documents.
11.Inspection : By SGS or Equivalent for quality and quantity at seller s cost at loading Port.
12.Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract.
Destination: FOB CIF ASWP.

Shipment: in 15,30 days and rest in every 30 days after receipt of payment instrument to the seller s bank.

Packing: 50 kg bags with polythene inner suitable for ocean transport.

NOTE :ALSO MANPOWER SUPPLY ARROUND THE GLOBE.
