The principal activities of Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering are constructing all types of vessels and providing service for maintaining and repairing to Malaysian government. Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering has been traditionally engaged in naval shipbuilding with a series of fast patrol craft and two sophisticated survey vessel for the Royal Malaysian Navy to its credit. The Company has also built high speed ferries, survey vessels, fire-fighting tugs and special purpose vessels with most stringent requirements. In line with the booming oil and gas industry, Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering has been increasingly receiving orders for tug boats. Our clients for both shipbuilding and repairs include the Royal Malaysian Navy, Royal Cambodian Navy, Bangladesh Coast Guard, StarCruise, Miclyn Offshore, Sutera Harbour just to name a few. To a lesser extent, the shipyard is also engaged in minor engineering works such as engine overhauling, and sourcing of spare parts and supplies for ship inventory.
