Retail Packing & Bulk Packing:

Packing having retail price bar-code.
Products picture cards with fabric contains.
Sea worthy cartoon packing to avoid moisture during transportations.
Bulk- Packing will be done per client specifications, with shipping cartoons sizing, weight, load strength.
Shipping box can be trace with bar-code scanners.

PO handling process & Follow-up:

Received PO with Payment confirmations
Production processing start from day one with fabric/yarn stocking
Construction/qualities checked by our operation team
Pre-production samples send to client for approval
Goods put in final productions after getting approval from client
Shipping date will be updated to client
Shipment dispatch and information send to client

We believe communication is one of the strong part of this business, the day PO & L/C received our production team keep update to our centralize communication office on each developments.
Communication office or account manager keep update to client on development on productions.
Transfer of all data electronically via email or web can be done.
We can meet our client requirements of data transfer in a different way like ERP/SAP/EDI or any other client suggested method if the volume of business is substainsel.

We work in team from samples development till final productions.

We appoint accounts manager with supporting helps for regular business accounts.

All department report to designated accounts managers for individual clients on PO follow-up.

Our account or centralize team updates on weekly basis on production developments if client needed with PO summary.

Data sheet will be accordance with clients needs.

We prepare each clients SOP (Standard operation procedures) to follow up.
