The key idea was to do away with the increasingly dishonest practices of freight forwarders in the region, and focus on two points of service: Getting it right the first time, and being able to give the actual door-to-door cost including all charges when submitting a quotation. The main market is freight from and to Greater China including Taiwan, and the NAC Group network is growing rapidly and now covers the main regions of the world.
