Mythical Import

A few years ago Mark Hendriksen started smoking non-Cuban cigars. He began to think about what he was missing on the European cigar market and soon recognized the opportunities. On October 25th 2010 he took the first official step in the process of starting Mythical Cigars Europe and its subsidiary Mythical Import, after rethinking how he thought cigar sales in Europe should be. Mark Hendriksen Mark (45) started smoking cigars 17 years ago. It wasn’t until a few years ago at a barbeque event that he smoked his first non-Cuban cigar. After this, Mark changed to smoke mostly non-Cuban cigars. Being a business man he had plenty of chances to smoke cigars and share these with other enthusiasts.Being born in The Netherlands from a Dutch father who smoked cigars and a mother who was born in Indonesia where his grandfather owned sugar, tea and tobacco plantations, it is in his genes to enter into the cigar industry and continue the 165 year family tradition. Mark has spent considerable time discussing the cigar business and found that it can be done much better in Europe. The result was the realization and registration of the Mythical™ Brand, Mythical™ Cigars Europe CV and its subsidiary Mythical™ Import.
