MPS was formed in 1995 to act as a business solution consultamt to industry to analyze problems with rotating elements on process equipment to increase reliability and reduce downtime costs. We continued to evolve with the development of tje business solution side of our business which evolved into a developed relationship with our partners. We now continue to do consulting and market development work with our clients however we now manufacture medical equipment solutions to correct personal brandeds. A majority of the products that we manufacture for personal pain control and beauty, have EU health licensing, Canada Health licensing as well as FDA approvals. We sell to physiotherapists, chiropractors and have introduced it to doctors and pharmacy chains. One chain of pharmacies in Canada is looking at marketing it through their stores. We have 3 stores located in Toronto and New York. Our marketing and distribution headquarters are located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Information on our products can be found on two websites
