Since 2009 our company has been operating sesame seeds and tahin production in a 1100 square meter closed area and 1000 square meter opened area by providing the traditional flavors of life. It's daily production capacity is10 tons. In addition, our company started the production of plant oil in 2010 by using cold press technique and distillation technique. Many different oils are obtained especially sesame oil, black seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, grape seed oil, rosemary oil,thyme oil. Seed oil production line daily capaciy is 3 tons and volatile oil production line daily capacity is 5 tons. Wholesale sales of these offers are done. In cold press oil unit we obtained oils without being exposed to any temperature and heat application during pressing. We keep temperature permanently at low levels. This preserves the unique fatty acid composition of products. After pressing, oil is filtered naturally by using filter press. As a result 100 % pure oil is obtained. Our company study with Mersin University Chemistry Department. And required analysis and certificates is realized.
