Mekong Eco Agro Co., Ltd (MekongAgro) was formed by a group of Vietnamese, passionate, experienced agricultural engineers and talented, aggressive executives who are engaged in developing the national agricultural industry. Starting as a Vietnamese rice producer: MekongAgro whose idea is importing original seeds from Japan to grow in Vietnam for research purposes. Until now, Mekong Agro is one the most successful exporting firms in Vietnam which owns enormous agricultural land in Southern Vietnam. Further, MekongAgro also cooperates with Yanmar Co., Ltd to invite Japanese agricultural experts to Vietnam to help rice farmers improving their rice cultivating skills.
Currently, MekongAgro has become a member of the global rice world. Our objective is to create long term partners value through the outstanding services, acquisition, development and marketing of our precious grains to customers worldwide. Primarily, we have been recognized by our innovative rice business model in which we are self-cultivating our rice to enhance possibility of quality management and obtain the most flexible pricing strategy.

Our two main products are Japonica rice and Jasmine long grain white rice. With our success pinned under experienced engineers and standardized systems, we have an unrivalled portfolio of high quality growth opportunities that will ensure we continue to meet the changing needs of our customers and the resources demand of emerging economies at every stage of their growth.
