We have the same relationship with vendors as do the manufacturers but are not limited in resource because of our financial obligations to our investors, or having too many irons in the fire. Our buying power is not used up on multi projects. We are small enough to navigate through the politics and big enough to negotiate what is best for you. We are obligated to our client and work with the budget presented to us. We can build a $100k project or a $10k project. Either project our commitment remains the same.
