Our services extend to managing various aspects of client's buying operations at sourcing sites such as:
Design development: With in-house sampling department, FUSION develops prototype patterns and samples, approval samples and patterns, grading to all requisite size ranges and size sets, issues production markers ensuring most judicial use of fabrics keeping in mind all technicalities of fabric to produce most desirable garments.
Sourcing fabrics: Having extensive network of fabric supply from China, Taiwan, Korea, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Fusion controls quality of all fabric inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at garment manufacturing units.
Fabrics are tested for colorfastness, fabric strength, flammability or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction.
Product analysis: For each production specimen FUSION analyzes and identifies most suitable vendor / manufacture for the garment category that particular specimen pertains to, ensuring smooth flow of production and timely shipping
Labeling, packing, marking instructions: FUSION helps production units to import required labels and trims if they are not available locally. Our personnel control strict adherence to labeling, packing and carton marking instructions provided by buyers.
Quality assurance: We at FUSION believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn-weaving-fabric stages in accordance to aql 2. 5 system to deliver flawless garments. Our quality assurance personnel stationed at all manufacturing sites ensure that all production units are geared to run on aql 2. 5, thereby eliminating the last minute rejection factor giving you value for your money
Documentation and shipping coordination: We at FUSION check all shipping documents as per buyers instructions and ensure dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers L / CS, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and their clearing agents.
Labour practices and safety laws: We at MAPP Associates ensure that all production units follow healthy and safe labour practices eliminating any use of child labour / prison labour / forced labour and providing required living and sanitation facilities and justified wage structures as per relevant countries norms. Adequate fire safety measures are followed, fire fighting equipments are deployed and serviced regularly, employees are trained to handle fire fighting equipments in case of emergency.
Mode of operation:
The customer opens an irrevocable letter of credit from any credited bank in the USA, Canada or Europe for the settled price which is either FOB, cnf, or CIF.
After the master L / c is established it becomes our responsibility to organize the fabrics from our or the buyers source by opening a back to back L / c to the fabric supplier.
Meanwhile the samples are sent to the buyer and specifications of the product is discussed before the actual process of production commences.
As soon as the garments are made a final inspection is either done by our companies Q. A. Team or by any international inspection agency and then the goods are shipped to its destination by sea or air freight depending on the choice of the buyer.
