Our 300000 sq. ft. facilities include two state-of-the-art production plants that comply with European food-grade manufacturing standards, a Class 10,000 Clean Room (for pharma containers) and a dedicated tool-room. We also have facilities to produce caps and perform shrink-sleeving. Headquartered in Bangalore (India), we employ over 500 people and have an annual turnover that exceeds USD 25 million. We can produce anything from 5 ml to 15L in various neck sizes and designs, with a wide range of closure & sealing options. We are the pioneers in India for the Co-Extruded Multilayer and Hot Fill PET technology with/without crystallised neck finishes, which can be replacement for glass, tin & aluminium-lined paper packs. and PP as a raw material in the ISBM technology, after extensive research and development with the clients, raw material manufacturers and the machinery suppliers.

We have packaging solutions to pack Confectionery, Tea/Coffee, personal care, pharma, food products, sales promotions, iced tea, ready-to- drink beverages, fruit juices, jams,ketchup, mayonnaise, topping sauces, milk & dairy products, infant foods, soups, agro-chemicals, gherkins, fruit juices etc.

Our Class 10000 clean room Rooms are mainly used for sterile applications; Pharmaceuticals jar packaging, Research Labs & Food Industries. Highly sanitized conditions are maintained, as it is a key concern in ensuring the effectiveness of many drugs, which is why a clean room is so important.
It helps in keeping dust particles out; Minimize the generation of particles by maintaining positive pressure of air inside & remove particles which happen to be generated.

Tool and Mold Shop

Manjushrees in-house Tool Room takes care of the following needs

a) mold maintenance,
b) mold alterations,
c) prototyping,
d) manufacturing prototype molds,
e) mold manufacturing and machine parts.

The Tool Room is equipped with a Vertical Milling machine (HMT), an Automatic Surface Grinding machine from Proth, Taiwan, a Kirloskar Centre Lathe, a Radial Drilling machine of Eiffco besides all the other standard equipment and measuring instruments of Mitutoyo of Japan.

It is ably manned by an experienced, dedicated and proven team. Furthermore, Manjushree also associates with various specialists for certain tasks.

Multilayer containers are formed by the integration of various plastics within a multilayer structure in order to combine their distinct properties.
