Mahaluxmi Industries core competencies are sheet metal fabrication and vitreous enamel coatings.Vitreous enamel is a glass coating chemically bonded to steel at high temperatures around 850 degrees celsius. The undercoat is sprayed onto steel and fired in a Vitreous Enamelling furnace to form a permanent bond with the steel base. The coating imparts additional properties to the base metal, some of them are:1. Corrosion resistance.2. Surface finish.3. Use in high heat applications.4.
