QUANTITY: 100,000 METRIC TONS (+/-5%) MONTHLY FOR 12MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE ROLL AND EXTENSIONS
UPON SUCCESS IN FIRST SHIPMENT
LOADING PORT:  VLADIVOSTOK PORT, RUSSIA
DISCHARGE PORT: HUANGDAO PORT, CHINA CIF HUANGDAO PORT, CHINA
PRICE:  USD460/450 MT INCLUDING BOTH SIDES? COMMISSION
PAYMENT TERMS MT760 BG and final payment by TT after CIQ at destination port
DELIVERY:  CIF CHINA
INSPECTION SGS at loading port and CIQ at destination port
PERFORMANCE BOND:  PERFORMANCE BOND 2%
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issues LOI
2. Seller issues FCO accompany the latest transaction records and draft contract to Buyer which is open for amendments.
3. After both side signing Contract, the Buyer Import Agent?s Bank issue BCL (RWA) via MT199.
4. The Seller issues a Non-operative 2% Performance Bond and Partial POP to Buyer within 3 working days after receiving MT199.
5. The Buyer's Import Agent Bank issue MT760 BG within 5 working days after receipt of 2% Performance Bond.
6. The Seller?s Bank sends the Full POP to Buyer and Buyer?s Bank
7. The first shipment within 3-5 working days after receipt of MT760 BG.
8. 100% payment within 5 banking days after CIQ certificate at discharge port, the Seller pays both sides? commission.
9. Commence as scheduled in the contract.
So if you are in a position to supply above with the price and procedure then let us know in which company name has to issue LOI? We have major multiple Chinese buyer in this regard. So your early respond is highly needed to settle this issue!!!
