I am very interested in being a distributor for your company.  We offer 30% to our first time customer and 35% to our ongoing relationship with vendors that purchase all kinds of medical supplies and equipment, or would you consider me to become an agent for you?  In doing so would you forward over an Agent Fee Agreement or (FPA) and NCND.  What commissions do you pay agents?  Once we have come to an agreement I will turn my suppliers directly over to you.
