Lanzhou LS Forging and Heat Treatment Co., Ltd (LSFHTC) was established in 1953, which is a specialized company of manufacturing forgings and heat treatment parts, and is the research and development department of forging product which accepted by our country. The company has an area of 26, 902 square meters, floor area of 24, 803 square meters and fixed assets valued RMB 110 million. FHTC now has 270 employees, of whom 30 engineering & technical personnel, 10 senior engineers. LSFHTC has totally 174 sets of forging and heat treatment equipment and 40 odd sets of industrial furnaces. The main forging equipment include: 31.50MN Forging Oil Press Unit; 8MN high-speed hydraulic forging unit; One set of 4.0 meter radial-axial ring rolling machine; One set each for 3-Ton & 1-Ton electro-hydraulic open-die forging hammer. The main heat treatment equipment include: One set of 0 1.5M x 10M well furnace; 6 sets of computer-controlled car-bottom gas heating furnaces; A computer-controlled car-bottom electric-resistance furnace with the furnace temperature variation within ± 1°C , satisfying the requirements such as Q+T, quenching, normalizing, annealing and seasoning, etc. The LSFHTC yearly capacity for forging is 15, 000 tons and for heat treatment parts 18, 000 Tons. The main products including: shaft, disc, gear, ring & hollow forging, all kinds of open die forging, closed die forging and ring rolling forging. The typical products for drilling rig forging includes bail, elevator link, stem, clevis, lower barrel and&＃039; shank, etc. The business scope involves the fields of petrochemical industry, construction machinery, mining machine, wind power generation, metallurgy, shipbuilding and military purpose , etc. FHTC&＃039;s products have been exported to America, Canada, Australia, and gaining favorable comments from the customers both at domestic and abroad.
