**Seller: FCO and previous CI,  SGS, B/L -
**Buyer: BCL, POF
**Seller: Provide Current CI,  existance of allocation
**Seller and Buyer: Contract  signed face to face  in Toronto, Canada
**Apply the agreed contract procedure and close within 24 to 48 hours
