KOPUZMAR is mainly cultivating top quality: SEA BREAM (Sparus Auratus), top quality: SEA BASS (Dicentrarchus Labrax), not well known and vanished: MEAGRE (Argyrosomus Regius) with good feedbacks from our present customers even though we have competitive prices comparing the market around. We have also other possibilities for breeding waiting to be marketed.We have a fully integrated fish processing and packaging unit with the ability to process fishes as whole, gutted, gilled, boned, scaled and also process as fillets (skin on and off). Both IQF and block freezing options. The processing unit is located in Didim-Aydın/TURKEY. The small distance between plants and the processing/packaging units, is giving us the ability to process the fishes about 1 hour after harvesting. Fresh and frozen options are ready to satisfy your customers.Our main target is to expand our market mostly in West Europe, Middle East as well as United States by providing stable quality, competetive prices and continuous supply. We have been approved with HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 quality certificates for both processing and packaging. We still have preparations for BRC and IFS and the initial auditation will most probably be finished before the second half of 2008.We are waiting for your proposals for the aforementioned products for good prices with flexible calibrations according to your demands.
