Kiwaka FIC ltd was registered in 2010 as a limited company. It has been in property dealership since 2012 and has connected many buyers and sellers since then. currently we have various properties given to us by willing sellers to dispose. Most of these properties are located in areas around major towns and ideal for commercial and industrial development. There are others though within the urban areas but ideal for residential and are mostly located in controlled development areas.We also have properties that are ideal for agriculture and are ideal for large scale agricultural investment. some already have provisions for boreholes.Kiwaka FIC Ltd in 2011 ventured in agricultural activities mostly growing trees commercially and investment that has been performing well. Agriculture is the big thing in Kenya as many Kenyans opted to migrate to urban areas in such of better paying ventures after the neglect of the agricultural sector by the government. We have experienced insufficient food supply over last 20 years and whenever there is a shortage of rainfall, starvation is experienced in many areas.in 2014, Kiwaka ventured into micro finance empowering women in small businesses in Nairobi in a venture called Sujali. The aim is to ensure that women grow their small businesses and create employment.
