The principal partners are Ms Taibat Bolajoko Kassim-Laniyan and Miss Happiness Madu who runs the Abuja office.
All the lawyers including the Senior Advocate have over 16 years post call experience and have been involved in the registration of companies, due diligence, investigation, sale and leasing of property, mining land acquisition, mining license processing, mining community and mining companies relations, representation of companies in the law courts as well as at arbitration.
The firm also has hands on experience in acquisition of various licenses, real estate property, expatriate and work permits as well as mining land and mining licenses. We negotiate and prepare community development agreements between mining companies and mining communities.
