Joint-Stock Company « MT Victoria-90» (2001) affiliated company of Small Enterprise "Victoria" based in September, 1990 in St.-Petersburg. The activity of MT "Victoria" has begun with active participation in creation in a St.-Petersburg Commodity-stock exchange "St.-Petersburg", the member which became in October, 1990. The broker office of SE "Victoria" is registered at a stock exchange under number 0038. Since the first tenders in April 1991yaer, the broker office of firm has taken leading place on volumes exposed on the tenders and metals sold at a stock exchange, a wood and saw-timbers, mineral oil and other positions of raw material. On earned at a stock exchange of 6 million roubles of MT "Victoria" in December, 1991 has bought the towing steam-ship and the dry-cargo barge on 900 tons at Arkul a ship-building factory (the Kirov area). Further, in 1992 at the same factory under the order of MT "Victoria" one more towing steam-ship, one dry-cargo barge on 900 tons and two dry-cargo barges by carrying capacity of 250 tons everyone has been constructed. In 1993 the bulk-oil barge on 200 tons for refuelling the steam-ships has been got. In same to year on building berth Arkul of a ship-building factory the dry-cargo steam-ship of the project by 81365 carrying capacity of 700 tons "ST-515" the coupling device has been incorporated, allowing to push ahead of itself the dry-cargo barge with carrying capacity of 1000 tons.
