Development of 93 GroupIn 1951, the State Council issued the notice that &＃39;September 3 is regarded as Victory Day of Anti-Japanese War&＃39;. In 1999, the Document No.270 of the State Council named Measures on Having A Holiday for National Annual Leaves and Memorial Days, issued the contents related to the Victory Day of Anti-Japanese War: September 3 is regarded as Victory Day of &＃39;93&＃39; Anti-Japanese War. It was the first time to confirm the Victory Day of Anti-Japanese War in the form of regulations by the Chinese government.On February 27, 2014, through the voting in 7th Meeting of the 12th National People&＃39;s Congress of the People&＃39;s Republic of China, the decision that September 3, is regarded as Victory Day of Anti-Japanese War was passed.In 1949, on the eve of liberation, the country organized disabled soldiers, recovery soldiers to establish three farms named &＃39;Heshan&＃39;, &＃39;815&＃39; and &＃39;Ihara&＃39; in Heilongjiang. In 1953, three farms were merged together. In order to mark the victory of Anti-Japanese War, and maintain the glorious tradition that honored soldiers established &＃39;the Great Northern Wilderness&＃39;, the farm was called as &＃39;State Owned 93 Rongjun Farm&＃39;. With the continuous development and shifting situation of farm business, the farm name was changed into 93 Office, 93 People&＃39;s Commune, 93 Farm Bureau of Heilongjiang Agriculture Department, 5th Division of Heilongjiang Production & Construction Corps, and currently 93 State Owned Farm Management Bureau of Heilongjiang, and 93 Management Bureau of Heilongjiang Agriculture Bureau, etc.In 1985, 93 Group constructed the factory in this place. In 1987, the factory was put into operation formally. In accordance with the place name, the company was named as &＃39;Heilongjiang 93 Oleochemical Factory&＃39;, which was the oil extraction plant first introducing the foreign equipment in China at that time. Then, with the continuous development, the company expanded to the coastal areas. The annual soybean processing capacity has been changed from 60,000 tons in the primary stage to 12 million tons at the present. Therefore, the origin of &＃39;93&＃39; in 93 Group is from 93 Agriculture Authority, 93 People&＃39;s Commune and State Owned 93 Rongjun Farm. Dating back to the earliest time, September 3, 1945, the Victory Day of Anti-Japanese War, has represented the fighting, struggling and self-reliance spirit pursued by 93 Group.
