We have been in nonwoven business for many years. We mainly deal with two kinds of material: pp spunbond nonwoven and regenerated conjugated hollow polyester staple fiber.
Our pp spunbond nonwoven features as follows:
1) Weight: 14gsm to 260gsm
2) Width: 10cm to 320cm
3) Any color is available according to customers' color sample.
3) Has good handle, high strength and evenness, and equal longitudinal and lateral strength
4) Widely used in production of medical supplies (facial mask, surgical clothes),shopping bag, suitbag, bedding sheet, pillow case, and other daily goods. And as base fabric for artificial leather. The material could also (generally treated UV) used in agricultural purpose to prevent pests.
5) we could also make auxiliary treatment: UV protection, Flame retardancy.

Our specifications for polyester staple fiber as are 7d, 15d, x 32mm, 64mm, siliconized or nonsiliconized.
