Jiangyin Fule Electronics Co., Ltd., Sino-American joint venture, is specialized in designing and manufacturing all kinds of transformers, inductors & coils, and other electronic components. Our magnetic components are used in demanding applications serving medical, telecommunication, electronic instrumentation, industrial control, HVAC, renewable energy, and avionics/aerospace/defense markets.

We have a good team of engineers. Some of them have at least 30 years of experience in the field. Engineers work on everything from avionics to heat pumps to pacemakers depending on advanced magnetic products. We can design any magnetic parts to meet our customers' requirements. Our products have UL insulation system standards: Class B (130), Class F (155), Class H (180), Class N (200). Our materials used on our products for these insulation systems are approved by UL.

Our products have got CCC approval of China, and UL, CSA, ETL, VDE safety approvals. Currently, our products are almost RoHS compliant. All of our products will be compliant with RoHS shortly. Also we have a perfect quality control system of ISO9001:2008. We are planning to apply for ISO14001. We are working on the preparation of applying for the certificate.

Cores
We do all of the popular designs for EI, EE, PQ, ETD, POT, EP and RM cores. Importing US source materials as specified in your documents is no problem or we can find alternative materials locally to meet your specifications.

Bobbins
Bobbins can be imported as well or to reduce transit time and cost bobbins can be tooled locally at a surprisingly low cost.

Toroid Series
Our toroid series cover all sizes and all designs, from current sense designs, transformers to common mode cokes and inductors.

Toroid Mounts
Any the USA mounts can also be imported or we can tool up for injection molding a design of your choice. Low tooling cost for plastic molding can make it very reasonable and offer less transit time and eliminate shipping cost from the US source.

Linear Magnetics
We can build any design you come up with or we can do the design for you. PC mounted designs rated at 130 deg. C, standard designs, or low profile designs are no problem.

Chassis Mount designs up to a rating of 180 deg C. single phase, AC or DC reactors and line frequency 3 phase.

Our engineering department can work with yours on all your power requirements. Sourcing materials locally can save time and money.

We have advanced and accurate testing & inspection equipment. In order to meet our customers' demands, we have established facilities in Wuxi City. At present, our annually output capacity is tens of millions of pieces.
