Now we have 320 stuffs, including 50 management stuffs, including 20 QC stuffs. and 270 workers, 60% of which is experienced workers over 3 years in this industry and 30% is college graduated.
R&D, with 9 engineers and designers, we were awarded 3 patents in 2006 and one for High Technology Research and Development Program of Zhenjiang city.
