Jiande Jing Chuan Home Suppliers Co., Ltd is a manufacturer and trading company, it consists of department, management department, production department, sales department and design department.In our factory, there are about 60 workers in peak season with about 5 containers monthly. In the management department, general manager is in the charge of the whole production from the placement of the order and the shipping of the cargo. And our production department, for schedule and control each processing. Our Production process mainly divided into cutting part, sewing works, quality inspecting, packing step, and warehouse for stock and completing goods for shipments as per schedule. and we make some accessories by ourselves, to make sure all parts of production are meet testing requirement. Once the sewing works been done, all products will be sent to the inspection area to confirm the quality. After all the workmanship is done, products can be packed and waiting for shipping.Our specialty is blanket, cushion, curtain, bathrobe, bedding sheet and quilt with polyester fabric. In our sample room, displaying hundreds items with various designs, fabric products are the mainly part., so our partners and customers would be gladly to cooperate with us. And also, JC Home has its own design department, we can do OEM and also can offer customers with new designs of products, or new ideas and suggestions during the development of design. Regarding to the test and certificate, we have BSCI 2.0 Report and Oeko-Standard 100 certificate, and can do AZO free, fire resistant, also we accept the third party to do the final inspection like SGS, ITS and BV.
