Since its founding in 1987, our company has been growing steadily along with the growing information communication market. In 1998, we acquired ISO9001 certification, and were selected as a promising venture company (small and medium enterprises) in Kyungi-do in 2000.

Since Yantai Jewon China was founded in March 2000 with an investment of US$2 million, the price of our metal package section has secured its competitive power against low prices in China

Our Domestic factory is devoted to valuable products and has been developing a LTCC package with small enough parts to compete with Japanese Companies claim 95% of the world market

The HTCC Package of the conventional Japanese Ceramic Package, which had been made by the high temperature co-firing method, did not adapt to the high frequency device. As a result, the market has gradually changed to LTCC which allows for low temperature co-firing which easily adapts to the high frequency module.

The research department of Jewon has devoted two years to resolving the problem of LTCC processing, which even occurred in Japan, and we have seen good results. We have been awaiting the approval from both our domestic and overseas customers to begin mass production.
