This plantation produces right now 8.1 metric tons per acre per year. 173 acres are in trees with age of 12 years. This plantation produces a total of 9.3 metric tons per acre per year. 99 acres are with an age of 5 years and the production is increasing but right now is in 4.05 metric tons per acre per year. There is 25 acres with pastures, offices, houses, storage and areas with out palm plantations. All the production is delivery to a cooperative next to the farm.
