We are to take proper technical care of our mangoes right from the harvesting to packing. Harvesting is done from the selected healthy orchards which are technically maintained by our TECHNICAL DIRECTOR Dr. Viradia ,P.hd in mango, since many years . Our Process: Under observation of Dr. R.R.Viradia (P.Hd. in Mango) Harvesting At proper(80%) maturity Grading size graded. Misshapen, damaged or blemished mangoes discarded Washing cold water wash and warm water wash(at 50 + degree C) Ripening At room Temp. for 5 days Packing In 1 dzn box, Corrugated, 5 ply Box with enough holes for ventilations Transport Brought in our own vehicle from Junagadh to Ahmedabad Air Port Our firm strictly works on quality.
