Invention Springboard has over 100 people (employees, independent contractors, etc) mostly in the U. S. and Canada.
You or your partner can manufacture our invention. Then the following options can happen:
. We offer exclusive resale licenses to distributors. In exchange, they can be willing to take the risks to place minimum orders. We combine the orders from one exclusive distributor, or from multiple distributors with exclusive rights to certain countries.
. The license can be held by ourselves, yourselves, or the distributor (s) .
Exclusive Licenses Are Gold:
. A good license gives the licensee exclusive rights to control the market for our invention. Without our license production might later move to a larger manufacturing facility. But you control production if you have our license.
As sales grow, it is possible for the license holder to resell our license to a larger company.
Why We Might License You Our Invention:
. We earn maybe 4% to 6% in royalties from sales in your territories.
. In exchange for the license the manufacturer might discount the wholesale price for sales in the US, Canada, etc.
