The International Textile Industry �ITI� was established in 2000 as a joint-stock company between the French company Gilclaude and the Egyptian company Progress to offer the best production service to European and American companies using state-of-the-art equipment and quality material. We believe that the only way we can maintain a competitive edge is by modernizing our facilities constantly and keeping ourselves up to date with the latest technology. To ensure superior production, ITI imports yarn from Indonesia; lycra from the U.S. Company DuPont; micro-polar from China; while cotton are purchased from India and Egypt. Our production facilities are equipped with specialized and modern equipment as follows: Six knitting machines from the German Company Mayer, one efficient knitter with five quilter tables, five band saw, one Cervo-cutter and over 190 sewing machines imported mainly from Korea, in addition to numerous ironing machines. The company is divided into two facilities. The first specializes in the production of 2.5 tons/day knitting fabric which is used in the factory for the production of readymade garments and nightwear. The textile factory works around the clock, three shifts a day, while the second facility specializes in garment processing and works one shift a day to produce 8000 pieces/day. ITI produces under-license from foreign companies. Customers send their designs and sometimes patterns to be processed in house. We give significant detail to our pattern departments as it is essential to get the sample pattern flawless right from the start. Cutting, sewing, finishing, labeling, cleaning, ironing, packaging and packing also takes place in our facilities. Our goal is to provide you with viable solutions for all your product needs.
