International Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (IPE) is a Sino-joint venture established in 2008, which is located in petroleum equipment base, Guanghan, Sichuan, China. It covers an area of over 300 acres, asset of 90 million U.S. Dollars, the average annual sales of 30 million U.S. Dollars. IPE is mainly engaged in trading of oilfield drilling equipment, drilling tools, well control equipment, solid control repair, and spare parts supply, such as VARCO, TESCO, CANRIG, BPM etc. As well as importing & exporting, developing new drilling technology.IPE owns subsidiaries in Dubai, Urumqi, Kyrgazstan, and its offices are in Beijing, Chengdu, Houston and Almaty.
