Profile:A widely recognized Company:The Company was incorporated in the year 1981 for the manufacture of Barley Malt & Malt Extract. The installed capacities at the time of inception were 2000 MTA of Barley Malt & 600 MTA of Malt Extract. In view of the growing demands of both the commodities in the market, we have enhanced the production capacity of Barley Malt to 36,000 MTA and 15000 MTA of Malt Extract. To meet the growing demands for Malt Extract and also to compete with International Standard, we have put up a most modern Malt Extract Plant built by M/s Alfa Laval with the technical collaboration of Anhydro A/S, Denmark, with a production capacity of 50 TPD of Malt Extract. Our unrelenting efforts to improve the quality of our products led us to pioneering the concept of indirect kilning. Traditionally Kilning in the Malting process had been on direct heating method, but in our endeavor to attain better quality standards we have introduced indirect Kilning where our product does not come into direct contact with fumes of the fuel being used.As a regular effort for improvement in Quality and Product Line we have commissioned a state of the art Vacuum Band Dryer for manufacturing Malt Extract Powder & Malted Milk Food. The product has wide applications in Energy Drinks, Packed foods, Cereal based foods and pharmaceuticals.Malted Milk Food:We have a state of the art Plant for the manufacture of Malted Milk Food and Malt Based Foods. This comprises of a vacuum band dryer, which is the latest technology used in advanced countries. Our Brand "Malt Pro" is widely accepted in the market and is recognized for its quality and consistency.Certifications:In the year 2002 we were certified under the ISO:9001:2000 certification and with it began our process of constant improvement with regard to Quality. To improve the quality, all the functioning is to be followed as per the procedures laid down in our manuals. These manuals have been formulated as per the guidelines of Norsk Akkreditering of Norway, who are our ISO auditing agency. As part of our constant endeavor for improvement we have implemented HACCP and have been certified under ISO 22000: 2005. With a view on the European customers demand we are also accredited by Badatz Igud Rabbonim of UK with Kosher Cetificate and a special concern for our clients from Muslim countries and specific Muslim customers we have also got the HALAL Certificate. Plant I at Sohna Road:We have a most modern malt plant with a capacity of 36,000 TPA. We have facilities for storage of barley & Barley Malt for long periods. We have a new Malt Extract Plant with a capacity of 15,000 TPA.2. Plant II at Pataudi:We have set up a new Plant for the manufacture of Malt Extract with a capacity of 25,000 TPA in 2013 at Pataudi. This is a most modern plant with the latest automation and PLC controls.We have a modern laboratory with latest equipment & technology to keep a check on quality for total quality assurance of Malt Extract. We have dedicated microbiology laboratory. We are well equipped to handle large quantity Export Orders because of our in house container stuffing, custom sealing facilities and bulk packing for Malt Extract.
