we are one of the leading manufacturers of Aluminum pressure die-casting components’ as per the customers design. We are ISO 9001-2000 certified company for production of Alloys and Cast products. We have good in-house facilities for pressure die-casting at the above address with following capacity of machinery for pressure die cast. a. 250 tons – Polak make b. 400 tons – Bulhur make c. 1000 tons – Weingarten d. 1100 tons – Italpress. Our strengths are: a) We can supply the castings in machined Condition. b) Strong supplier base for die making nearer to our factory. c) Facilities for in house maintenance for dies. d) Also good in-house Testing facilities for checking the composition of Aluminum metals with imported Spectro meter of German make. We are planning to add 500, 600, 750 and 1800 Ton machines and also planning to install Tool Room for making dies. Also installing new VMC and CNC machines for machining the finished components. Also TS16949 is now under process. We are ready to supply the end product for any industry that require pressure die casting products.
