Huisheng Group Co., Ltd. was called Zhongtian Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. before, and is one of the biggest manufacturers of pre-compressed pressboard and core board in China, with 60 million USD of total capital and 750 staff members. We mainly produce pre-compressed pressboard, insulation components, core boards and other related products. In 2009, the annual output of our factory was up to 200,000 tons. The annual turnover was 140 million USD and the expense of taxation was 10 million USD. We are awarded as "Weifang Top 50 Taxpaying Enterprise", "Weifang Top 100 Industrial Enterprise", "Weifang Top 100 Private Enterprise" and "Weifang Reliable Enterprise".

According to national industrial policy and the demand of markets, we invested 15 million USD in introducing key equipment and technology abroad to build a first class modern production line of pre-compressed pressboard with 5000 tons of annual production capacity in 2008. The quality of our pre-compressed pressboard comes up to high level and is approved by market. The pre-compressed pressboard is a kind of insulation material used in high-voltage transformers and is mainly used in more than 110kv high-voltage transformers. It is a new kind of material of high technology, energy-saving and environmental-protection and is used in building electrical network. It meets national industrial policy and has a good market prospect.

Our second production line of 3200x6400mm pre-compressed pressboard with 15000 tons of annual production capacity is under construction now and will go into operation. Then, we will have annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of core boards and 20,000 tons of pre compressed pressboards. The annual turnover will be 220 million USD; the profit tax will be 30 million USD; the expense of taxation will be 15 million USD. We will be the leading and the biggest manufacturer of middle and high class core boards and pre compressed pressboards in China.

Paper Cores
Made from wood pulp fiber, paper cores can be combined with a variety of adhesives and laminates which give the core properties such as strength, water resistance or heat resistance. Made for a wide range of applications, paper cores come in virtually limitless combinations of diameter, thickness and length. Cores are manufactured to provide stable structure from the inside of a product roll. As opposed to many other paper tubes such as shipping tubes or postal tubes, which are fabricated to be an outer protective layer to objects, paper cores provide support from their exterior. As such, a core has to be able to withstand the pressure of the material which is to be wound around it. Products such as tape, paper, plastic or metal foil are wound tightly around the core. Paper cores are essential in the process of space saving as they are able to be used for electrical wires and similar materials which would take up more space in other methods of storage. Furthermore, they are necessary for keeping materials in good condition, preventing knotting, crinkling and tearing.
