Located at the foot of the world-famous Mountain - Huangshan, Huangshan Sanjia Yihua Precision Machine Co., Ltd. is a professional fin-die manufacturer and is well-known at home and abroad. Our leading products are fin-dies for household, industrial, and automobile air-conditioners, motor cores and plastic moulds, as well as various precision punching dies and their spare parts, and we can also supply complete related plants and pressing equipment for manufacturers of air-conditioners and heat exchangers.
We have 180 staff members, 60 Chinese professional technicians and 10 specialists, certified with the ISO9001 quality control system. Meanwhile, we possess numbers of world-class precision processing apparatus and equipment such as NC wire cutters, coordinate grinders, optical curves grinders, vertical machining centers, micron-grade numerical control molding grinders, NC high-speed millers, surface grinders and other processing machines, and accurate inspection or testing instruments such as trilinear coordinates measuring instruments, magnifying shape projectors, measuring comparators and tool microscopes. We have successfully manufactured fin dies in high standard at up to 300 200-280 s.p.m. with the service life of 10-15 years.
