SUPPLY ABILITY:100000 MT PER MONTH
CONTRACT TYPE: YEARLY CONTRACT OR SPOT CONTRACT
PACKING: PET BOTTLE, FLEXI TANK & BULK
CERTIFICATE: EURO 1,T2L & Europe origin certificate.
PAYMENT: 100% AT SIGHT SBLC(STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT)

Procedures:
1) Buyer issue official LOI through seller mandate
2) Seller receive LOI and issue FCO.
3) Buyer Sign acceptance of FCO and Issue ICPO(IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER) with Bank coordinate
4) Seller issue "PI" for spot deals or SPA for contract
5) Buyers sign and send a copy PI/ SPA to buyers bank.
6) Sellers forward a copy of PI/ SPA to sellers Bank
7) Buyers bank contact sellers bank for confirmation of submission of SPA/ PI
8) Buyers Bank issue "GB" via SWIFT MT760 to sellers bank 100% face value of the (PI)
9) Seller bank confirm authenticity of the BG via swift and proceed to production
10) Buyer confirm SGS and loading port with 21 to 30 Days and make payment via MT103/ TT
11) subsequently, the above procedure repeat its self as per the contract duration.

So sir, if you accept the all plz send LOI first then all procedures comes.
