DSII, the whole face whitening effect assessment tool, utilizes a high-end SLR camera to obtain clear, precise, full-color images, and then analyzes, records, verifies, and compares to obtain the whitening effect evaluations. DS Series are the first in Taiwan that utilize high-end SLR cameras and professionally designed full-spectrum lighting studios to obtain accurate color images, and then apply the 1976 International CIE Lab Color Rendering formula to the accurate skin color map to calculate skin color value.

DS Series whitening analysis capability provides whole face whitening evaluation and partial face single point and multi-point whitening analysis values that include: whitening degree, hemoglobin, and flavin, and the series also provides LAB, YXZ, RGB and CMYK values for other academic institutions to analyze and study. In addition to the whole face whitening assessment, it offers single point to 5 point assessment. Each single point contains five partial point analyses that include: the highest (brightest) value, the lowest (darkest) value and skin uniformity value. For each point, a skin color simulation chip is also provided. And it has a database that records and stores the analyzed data, and allows simultaneously randomly selected two-record graphic and data comparison.
