The group is led by a team of two international senior managers, Clive Hayden and Jan-Kees Moerdijk. Both have an excellent international track record in Food Industry in technical and operational management. Mr Hayden Bsc. Has over 30 years experience in food processing as Engineering Manager, Production Director and General Manager in several executive multinational companies. Mr Moerdijk Bsc. Has been active in food business since 1986 as Technical Director and General Manager of companies with a turn-over from Euro 2 million to 170 million Euros.
The management team has a wealth of experience in the management of Turn-Key food projects in the business of vegetables, meat, seafood, bakery, pizza and French-fries. From feasibility study to operation, they are able to support the client on operational and administration process to guarantee a consistent processing and functioning of the organisation, especially Human Resources and employee training which are critical to success and a profitable operation.
HM also have extensive experience of working at governmental level on strategy and planning of food supplies and storages in North America and Eastern Europe.
