Established in 1989 December as a leading company dealing with a special engineering aspects, namely, supplying instruments and any assistance to the relevant engineering works, regarding to the safety control problems during whole period of constructions of civil and architectual site, Heung-In as the local agency, having exclusive right since 1994 April, under agreement with GEOKON, American manufacturer, has been providing a number of construction sites many kinds of essential monitoring instruments of Vibrating Wire Type.

And Heung-In made an another agreement in 1994 November with INSTANTEL, one of the canadian famous manufactures of measuring instruments which can get some informations of noise or vibrating frequencies while blasting.

Heung-In succeed in completing its tasks to the satisfaction of numerous clients, in many places in Korea, especially at subway tunneling and excavation sites, and has been making efforts to make a data-base available to the optimized design and safe construction by integrating huge number of monitoring data accumulated from geotechnical engineering site so that for the construction and design works there can be derived a much more economic and theoretical methodology based on monitoring experiences.

In 1994 April, Heung-In was enrolled as a formal Engineering Subject and has been grown in quantity and quality on the relevant engineering service field by supplement of well qualified engineers of wide spectrum of technical capabilities and experiences.
