Our company, which is located in Anyang, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anyang Feng Hua Group. Our company is located in Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan province's interchange; Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and 107 National Road run through the area. Henan Fenghua Special Steel Co., Ltd. covers 150 thousand square meters and owns more than 350 staff members. It has one special steel production line, three mechanical casting parts workshops and two deep processing workshops. The special steel products mainly are tool steel, mold steel, stainless steel, structural alloy steel, NS super self-lubricating hard-wearing and high temperature resistance alloy steel and so on. The mechanical parts mainly are self-lubricating bearing, metal mixer bearing bush, circular bearing bush, shaft sleeve, rolling mill nut, rolling mill sliding plate, semicircle slider block, slipway, guide plate, guide block, furnace roller bed, high strength worm and worm gear, semicircular lining tile, self-lubricating and hard-wearing lining board, NS alloy hearth roller, roller body, NS high temperature resistance alloy parts for step into furnace, composite roller and so on. Additionally, the main material we can handle is Gray Iron,Ductile Iron,casting steel and Alloy Steel .The available production craft is Sand casting, Lost Foam casting and Die casting. So we can satisfy customers' special requirement for the materials or specifications. Over the years, our company has been unswervingly adhering to the good faith management and scientific development ideas, promoting technology and product innovation. Now our products have been sold to more than 30 provinces in China. In 2003, our products came into Taiwan market and African market in 2006. The company has major casting equipment: steel medium frequency induction melting furnace, electroslag furnace, seamless mold furnace, Hyde 1.5t/2t IF furnace, Pit resistance furnace, furnace trolley full of fiber, 5 lifting lathe. We have lost foam production lines, contracting all kinds of gray iron, ductile iron castings to drawing, sample casting and machining.

The company has major mechanical processing equipment: horizontal lathe, drill press, magnetic chuck 1.2m and spectrum grinding prototype, etc.

The company has major testing equipment: direct reading spectrometer and spectral dedicated argon purifier, versatile precision elemental analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer arc estuary and other advanced detection equipment
