Geographically and ideally situated in the agricultural grain heartland in Henan province, HeBi Sunrise Seika Co. Ltd is one of the largest manufacturer of quality rice crackers in China with total investment of over US$ 20 million, more than 300 professional employees and the floor area of 130 acres .Founded by the joint venture between China and North America , the factory&＃039;s layout was designed to be constructed in five phases. First finished phase&＃039;s daily capacity is presently 20 tons, while second now 40tons. The following phase is designed to be put into operation in 2007 and 2008.
