Hangzhou Haina Semiconductor Co Ltd was founded on September 12th, 2002, which is one of the country’s largest manufacturers of IC-grade Si wafers, and also an ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 certificated enterprise. It was formerly known as Semiconductor Factory of Zhejiang University, which, founded in 1970, has a history of 40 years up to this day. The company also is a deputy director member of support division of China Semiconductor Industry Association. The main business of Hangzhou Haina Semiconductor CO Ltd consists of development and production of CZ silicon series, lapped or polished, prime or test grade, ultra thin or ultra thick, heavy doped, etc. Currently, the company boasts a capacity of turning out monocrystalline silicon 100t/y and silicon wafers 8 million/y.
