Rolls
Due to their low weight and their high cost-effectiveness a single-shell jackets are generally considered to be a convenient and a functional solution. For example as a single-piece outer shell with different completed journal constructions for single plate, double-plate as well as according to the mode of operation as a fully bottom construction. Or as a heating- or cooling roll with additional discs or spray tubes inside the roll.
