Our company GUNTAS A.S. is the producer and exporter of cotton yarn. Our company’s name is GUNTAS and our head office is in Istanbul, Turkey. We have been associated with the textile industry for the past 50 years. We produce 100% cotton yarn in Carded, Combed or Combed Compact Ring Spun and Open End in our yarn factories. Our capacity is 55 tons/day of Ring Spun cotton yarn, 15 tons/day of Open End cotton yarn. We do export to several countries of Europe, mainly to Portugal, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Greece and Poland. Along with best the raw material provided from world markets and qualified labour force and technology, desired products are obtained. The quality of the raw material we use and the yarn we produce are regularly checked with the newest lab testing machines (Uster HVI Spectrum, Tensorapid 2) at every stage of the production. Foreign fibre cleaning of the raw material is done with ultraviolet lights and Loptex Sorters and controlling the yarn at winding is done with Uster Quantum 2 system.
