Our production capacity is 400,000 bags per day. WOVEN BAG RANGE
? Tubular width up to 115 cm and height as per requirement
? Gussets, with straight stitched bottom or "H" type stitching
? Top hemmed or heat-cut
? Valve / handle - for filling and handling
? Lamination - inside or outside polypropylene lamination
? Liner - loosely inserted polyethylene liner, stitched at bottom & top

PP WOVEN ABRIC
? Mesh - 32 to 56 per dm
? Tape width - 2.50 and 5.20 mm
? Denier - over 650 deniers as per customers' requirements
? Fabric colour - As per customers' requirements
? UV stability - Bags can be UV stabilised as per DIN EN 277 or other specific standards
? Texture - As required by customer (for aesthetic or anti-slip properties)

PRINTING
? Multi-colour printing on one or both sides
? Printing is done after Corona treatment
? Printing Ink used are suitable for food commodity packing.
? Pre-printed BOPP Film laminated bags are also available.
