Established in 2001, Guangdong Runcheng Chuangzhan Woodworking specializes in manufacturing Chinese doors, European doors, concise doors, solid woods and anti-fire doors series. Our factory covers an area of 90,000 square meters and houses more than 1,000 employees. We are also equipped with advanced technology and equipment such as high temperature vacuum baking paint equipment and full-steam heated drying kilns from Italy. It effectively controls the moisture content of raw material between 5 to 7 percent for quality, stability and long service life.
For wooden door surfaces, we use 0.6mm (60S) wood veneers which are thicker than other door brands in the market wherein most competitors usually use 0.25-0.3mm (25S-30S) wood veneers. Consequently, our wooden doors can be easily polished and formed after the paint shows the unique natural wood grain and texture.
We have 100 QC staff with more than 10 years of experience. There is always 20 QC staff for each production line. The main components we use are outsourced from Africa, the US, Thailand and Burma. We have acquired globally advanced production equipment and the technology one after another from places such as Europe and Taiwan. This owes for the modernization of more than 100 sets of woodworking machineries. Our products are also exported the Middle East, Africa, North America.
