Our company was registered in 2003.  We are property brokers and were involved in selling a few key projects.  We sell land to a developer who normally apply for specific rights, have it zoned and in some cases serviced and proclaimed.  The architectural design / prospectus can also be completed.
We have several development properties ready to be syndicated.  Only 40-60% of the project equity will be available to private investors.
?Investors can earn a ROI of approximately between 12-20% per annum.
?The capital of the investors will be secured by having a bond registered over the development
?All registrations over the property will be with the South African Deeds Office
?All registrations will only be done by registered and accredited Attorney?
?All money/investments will be controlled by a nominated attorney and
?Nominated and accredited Autorney?
?All money will be held in the attorney? trust account
?Funds will only be released by authorized progress certificates which are issued by the appointed quanity surveyors controlling the site progress
?Projects are valid and credible projects
?All funds/investors are protected by the South African Property Law.

INVESTORS/BUYERS Needs to supply full company portfolio and proof credibility.  All funds will only be received into an attorney's trust account through credible and legal financial institutions.
