During 2001 my husband, Michael, and I came back to South Africa from Malawi as Michael had suffered very severely from Malaria.

We had intended to retire in Malawi as we loved the lifestyle and had always enjoyed living in various other African Countries.
Moving back to South Africa was a major shock for me and my health suffered enormously, with Michael actually believing that I was a prime candidate for Alzheimer’s Dis-ease, as I was unable to focus and had complete areas of memory that seemed to have disappeared, and on many occasions he would find me passed out on the bathroom floor.
