Global Tech Group is a newly established company that is mainly interested in Crane Building, Crane & Electric Supply, Heavy Machinery, Mechanical Equipment, Steel Structures, Import and General Contracting. We have invested the full technical experiences of our efficient, qualified and skilled staff. Hence, we have a group of qualified engineers in all engineering fields and scopes; electrical, civil, mechanical. Despite the short period since we established our company, we have managed to cover a lot of industrial zones all over Egypt. First let me enlist the scopes of work in details: • Overhead Crane Building - Supply and erect all overhead cranes types (monorail, double girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes …) as a turnkey delivery. - Supply spare parts & maintain all kinds of overhead cranes as mentioned before. - Supply and erect all electric feed such as conductor rail system, festoon rail system. • Electric supply - Supply and erect all kinds of electric panels. - Supply, erect and maintain all kinds of generators and transformers. - Supply all electric spares. • Heavy / Hydraulic Equipment (New/Used) - Grabs - Wheel loaders - Forklifts - Pavement machinery - Mobile cranes - Truck cranes - Excavators - Hand pallets and stackers • Mechanical Supply - Supply and erect all types of mechanical equipment as; valves, pumps …etc. • Steel Structures - Designing, fulfillment of steel structures such as hangers, gates, steel tanks …etc. • Electrical Contracting 1- Engineering: - Design of electrical systems for different applications such as residential, hotels, hospitals, schools, malls, banks ….. - Design electrical systems like: Lightening and sockets Fire alarm Data, telephone, TV systems Security systems (CCTV, Access Control ….) Power distribution networks (switch gears, transformers …) Protection systems Design products contain drawings, bill of quantities, specifications. - Workshop drawings Preparation of all necessary workshop drawings and execution details for all electrical systems coordinated with each other. - As built drawings Preparation of actual representation for all executed electrical systems. 2- Supplies Supply of various electrical products with a wide brand ranges like: - Generators (CAT, Cummins…) - Transformers (Toshiba, Siemens, ABB, Tamini …) - Switch gears (Toshiba, Siemens, ABB …) - Cables (El Sewedy, Giza Cables …) - Lightening (Three Brothers, El Sewedy ….) - Distribution Panels (ABB, Schnieder ….) - Earthing Systems (Furse …) - Accessories (Bitchino, Three Brothers, Legrand ….) 3- Installation & Commissioning - Installation of all electrical systems such as: Light Current Systems (CCTV, Fire alarm, TV, data…) Lightening, sockets and distribution panels Emergency generators, power transformers and Switch gears - Testing and commissioning of all previous systems according to standards and manufacturer&＃039;s recommendations.
